 Hey Bo! I am happy to share that your program gave me a lot of hope and good things to look forward to. I know the importance of meditation and visualization but I've always had a come and go relationship with them. Visualization has always been difficult as I found it quite hard to visualize everything being perfect/ just the way I wanted to picture it. Or if I did, it was difficult for me to really believe that I could do that.


However, I went and played a round the next day with perhaps 5 mins of visualization while listening to you talk about your own example of playing and it made me feel like I can do it. I shot -1 the next day with plenty birdie opportunities. Something that I had not done in a while in a round of 18. "
