In September of 2016, I quit the game of golf forever. I'd interned under David Orr, studied Stack & Tilt, Lynn Blake, The Golfing Machine and MORAD. And none of it was enough. I had a player whose stats said low single digits — beautiful on the range, stuck between 87 and 92 in tournaments. We had no answer. He fired me. I didn't blame him.
Then I met Shannon Shuskey — a national champion speed skater who coached 146 national champions, eight world champions and three Olympians. Over dinner he told me about his system for triggering the Zone. I said, "You're full of it." Then I told him I'd prove it: eight rounds, no warmup, no practice, cold turkey to the first tee.
Six of the eight were under par. After two years away and zero practice, my index went from 2.4 to plus 1.7. I called the guy who fired me. One session, all mental, no swing work — the next week he shot 76 in a Carolina Golf Association event. The first time he'd ever broken 80 in competition.
Since then we've worked with over 1,000 golfers. Our first In The Zone Mental Challenge averaged 5.1 strokes of improvement in 45 days — against a national average of 0.1 strokes a year. But every program ended, the support disappeared, and the old patterns crept back. So we asked our longest-standing golfers what they still needed, and built the School of Lifetime Low Rounds around every answer. Not a course. A permanent home.
"There is only one system on the planet specifically designed to trigger the Zone on demand."
Different ages. Different skill levels. Same system.
"I shot my best tournament competition round of the year on the AL senior AM tour. 73, with a 40 on the front and 33 on the back — no way I could have reset from 4 over without the B.A.L.L. reset."
"I tied my career low ever with a 68 from 7,000 yards in a high school tournament. The first time I truly reached the zone and played Caveman Golf."
"I shot my career low round of 71. I had five birdies and 26 putts."

A one-hour lesson solves a one-hour problem — the 10% of the game that happens on the range. Working privately with Bo and Shannon costs $15,000 for 3 months, and the calendar is full. As a member you get the live coaching, curriculum, swing analysis, community and bonuses for less than a single lesson.
$5 of your monthly membership goes to Hopefulls, Inc., a nonprofit ending childhood hunger one elementary school at a time — supporting Title 1 schools with 4 meals a week for children in need. No child should wonder if they'll have food after school.
Yes — higher handicappers often see the fastest results. The mental game is the biggest source of wasted strokes at higher handicaps. You already have more game than your scorecard shows.
That's exactly what the 10-Minute Mental Rep Protocol is for. Mental rehearsal builds the same neural pathways as physical practice. The once-a-week golfer with a busy life is who this was built for.
Most mental game content is theory — interesting to read, hard to apply over a 3-foot putt to break 80. This is built around practical, on-course application and the exact pain points golfers told us nothing else fixed.
